Lynn specializes in advising C-Suite executives and board members on corporate positioning and strategic and investor-related communications. She is known for her ability to anticipate potential stakeholder issues and develop strategies to address them. One of the most experienced thought leaders in investor relations advisory, Lynn began her career as a credit analyst and moved into institutional sales prior to co-founding Morgen-Walke Associates. Upon its sale to a private equity firm, M-W was the largest independent investor relations firm in the U.S. with offices across the country and in Europe. Through her long-standing experience in working with public and pre-public companies, Lynn has developed a broad network of relationships on both the buy-and sell-sides, which she can tap to gain unique insights into industry trends and company-specific feedback. She has been quoted in the Wall Street Journal, New York Times and other publications and serves on the Board of Directors of Fedcap, a large not-for-profit that specializes in training and job placement for individuals with barriers to employment. Lynn received her B.A. degree from CCNY.
