Biography

Kathleen, a former equity analyst, has been providing investor relations services to consumer, oil & gas and “special situation” companies for several years, leveraging her extensive Wall Street background and investment community relationships to help us achieve results for clients. As a Senior Consultant, she has been particularly effective in advising on a host of topics surrounding IPO plans and support, building an effective IR function, and in providing RegFD and media training to clients. Prior to working in IR, Kathleen spent 20 year as a sell-side equity research analyst and Director of Research with Furman Selz Serfin, BT Alex Brown and Brean Murray. Kathleen has an A.A.S. degree in Criminal Justice, a B.S. degree in Business from Long Island University and attended New York University’s graduate school majoring in International Finance & Economics. Kathleen is a member of NIRI and was a founding member of Women in Energy.
