Trained in both finance and law, David Gold has a distinguished professional background. For nearly two decades, David was a top-ranked, Senior Equity Analyst at Sidoti & Company, the largest small-cap equity research boutique on Wall Street. His sector coverage included Business Services, Real Estate and IT Services. During his tenure, David arranged nearly 1,000 non-deal roadshows for companies under coverage and was regularly recognized in client votes by notable firms such as Fidelity, T. Rowe Price and Wellington Management. David has been quoted in the Wall Street Journal, the New York Times and BusinessWeek, among others.

David holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation and is a member of the CFA Institute. He earned a B.S. in Finance from NYU’s Stern School of Business and a J.D. from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. David has served as a board member of numerous charities for over 20 years and is vice-chairman of the Centurion Foundation, a non-profit supporting public safety. David sits on the board of directors of Metropolitan Commercial Bank, with over $5 billion of deposits. He also sits on its audit, credit, corporate governance and nominating, ESG, executive, and asset recovery board committees. Previously, David held the rank of Major in the New York Guard, Judge Advocate General (JAG) Unit.
